Need help with strange whine

I took my car out today and at idle it will whine for a couple of seconds and then stop and continue to do it on and off. I can't hear it under load and it doesn't seem to matter if the clutch is pressed or not. I have found a couple of hits from google on people with this problem but no solution. I have a video but not sure how to link it here. The only change made was a new belt and UCA install. The sound seems to come fron the trans.

Got it. It was an air line that was not flowing properly. Thanks to Brenspeed for their help

I agree about the vac leak I was definitely stumped

Usally the whine from my car is just one of the kids.LOL
