The latest update has the block ready to go. The rods have arrived. The pistons are waiting to be sent to the coaters. The heads and cams are ordered along with all of the parts for final motor assembly and are in route to Larry for the build.

This is going to be a beast of a motor and i cant wait to get it going!!!!!!

You must be really excited. I still need a crank and pistons for my shortblock. On the plus side I have bare heads so one less thig to get. Good luck and keep us updated.

That is quite the list you have there Ron. Now the question is will you be able to beat Don once you car is done. You can rip off the Don challange too LOL!!!!! Hmm, maybe I'll have to start a build thread for my car too. Something to think about. :twisted:

Ron, I think a better name for this thread would be "Scary, Faster, Louder"

The cheap probably doesn't work very well calulator I have has you at 884 Hp with a 9.14 ET @ 146Mph....Real World? Who knows? But, we're gonna find out! I may have to come up to NewYiok and give it a test run myself...

Hey, what about me?? I want to drive it too, I promise not to crash it and get it stuck in a body shop for 4 months!

Hey, do you know that "Bigger, Stronger, Faster" is on the label of the energy drink Rockstar? I think its on the 16 oz and 24 oz cans.

I think I should be getting royalties or something...

Ron, even though I can attest to the wait and anticipation being hard to handle sometimes, it's worth it in the long run. I can't wait to hear about the results soon!!
