So I waxed my car last night for the first time since I bought it!
Decided to take out my D40 and take some shots!

Awesome shots! Is it just the angle, or does it look like your wheels in the rear stick out a bit. What's the offset?

My camber looks off because my wheels are turned. Camber is stock angle.
Haha no, that is an actual bucket-wheel! I work at the worlds largest open pit oil mine so I figured I would take advantage of that!

Nice pics, you have a good eye for angles. Love the color. Is that Kona Blue or something else?

Your car looks very nice. I have a couple of comments though...

1. A "car picture rule" in photography is not to take shots of your car where it looks like poles are coming out of the roof (or so I read in an automotive rag). I see most of your shots do just that.

2. A couple of the shots look like they were taken at high ISO and resulted in a bit of a noisy image. Try mounting on a tripod and using a lower ISO in the future with a longer exposure time? I am no photo expert here, just throwing stuff out I'd like to get confirmation on back.

3. The prior generation wheel offset is not correct for our cars and that is why your rear tires stick out. Personally, I don't like the look but if you do then that's all that matters.

Thanks!
Chad

Oh, it didn't look off in a bad way, just thought you had adjusted it. Looks good though. :beerchug2:
