Is 22 lbs through a 3.4L too much boost to run on pump gas? The motor is 9:1 CR. I'm planing for 650-700 to the wheels, so that makes me believe it will be ok...but... IDK.

Thanks:hi:

we are about to try 19 psi. on a 9.3:1 compression motor on 93 octane....should find out if it works in a couple days....I am sure if you run a lower timing it will work....

If is tuned right it can be done, the problem is that you may get spark numbers so low that is not worthy.

uhmmm Adam sent me a 3.75" (16 psi) pulley for pump gas, IIRC he said above that, race gas should be used.

What is the stock head combustion chamber size? Now I'm not sure what CR I have...

I have a std. bore piston 3.552, stroke 3.750, rods 5.950, pistons have a -19 dish.

accorrding to arias if the heads are 52cc then I have 8.8 to 1 ...but I not sure does stroke has an effect on that ?

thank you.

Ok so after a long google search the stock heads are 51-52cc. So that puts me at 8.8 to 1
