Approximately 3", around diameter of 9.58 inches.

the cyclopse, is that a shift light? what are you asking for it? the plenum cover that part you are talking about being shaved is the middle section in between the 2 bolt holes?

It's the adapter to hold the shift light in that particular place, and yes in the center is where I shaved
