didnt change a thing...just added a shit ton of BMR stuff and threw Eibach sportlines springs on there...front tires are also very short so the front dropped even lower..

Default porting

Are you going to do any porting on the snorkle? 488 rwhp with 6.5 psi, sure seems like a lot? My tune must of sucked, I was running 13.5 psi and only put 490 to the ground. Good luck on your build!

Just curious what size pulley are you running to get 488 with 6.5 lbs. Is that rwhp?
I'm running a 3.6 pulley and pulled 442 with 8.5 boost on a Mustang dyno last spring, nice cool dry spring day. Boost surprise me as the pulley is rate for 7.5 max.
No dig just curious once again. Wish you the best with your build. I would like to see some great numbers on the Saleen SC. Just because they stopped making them doesn't mean we give up on Saleen and move on to others. I love the brute force torque at low RPM's with the Saleen.

well, My car is running 15 psi, and please keep in mind that this it on maines 10% ethanol enriched 91 octane fuel. Right now my saleen supercharged car makes 519 hp and 498 tq at the wheels. It is on a super safe tune.

The car is running a JDM stroker motor, stock heads that have been cnc machined, stock cams, aftermarket springs.

This car has made 560 wheel before with 93 octane, non ethanol fuel but i simply cannot get it any more with out driving to NJ to get it.

If i change my cams, put on the CJ throttle body, and put on the ported blower hat to accept that throttel body, and magically find 93 octane fuel again, i could be well into the 600+ RWHP range on a reliable street tune.

obviously if i wanted it to be a dyno queen i could have a race tune done with MS103 vp fuel and make a lot more power for the track. With an auto and 534 RWHP this car ran consistant 10.6's

These blowers can make the power. If you want to push it more you can have the blower housing ported.

Which car? Ours is an auto and the Shelby has a TR6060. Neither are track only cars... Both are full option full weight street cars

P.S. Love you sig!

488RWHP

Im running a 3.6" pulley and making between 6-6.5psi throughout the entire powerband and randomly spikes 6.9psi around 4k rpm for some reason.

ported blower and cams lower the boost

Dude you are making crazy power for only 6.5 lbs! So, you are going to swap that out techo for a saleen blower? Why not leave the techo?

How about some real world numbers at the track? Dyno numbers are just numbers that can be fudged.

lol, mine too....615 on one dyno, 490 on another, and 600 on another. Funny things is nothing was changed but the dyno.

I'm not being an ass but a dyno is a tuning tool and that is it. The only good number that comes from a dyno is the A/F ratio and that is if they offer it....

Cool project, strokers produce some kick ass results.

Do you have a baseline track ET for the car, perhaps a mph through the traps to see what the car is really making. I think I recall you shoping for DR's a ways back. A before and after ET would be ideal. If your car is really making that kind of power, 11's should be in the bag for you with some decent rubber.

Unhappy dyno? Dyno's have feelings?

subscribing. Did I miss what other supporting mods it took to make 488rwhp with only 6.5lbs of boost?

Our auto made 540 RWHP and has been a best ET of 10.70 on 20" wheels and a best MPH of 131. No one believes that it "only" makes 540 RWHP.
