Which cable does it not include?

the cable isnt missing, it never came from diablosport with it.
its for uploading custom tunes and updates.
local computer stores carry them for around $30.

everybody seems to be wetting their pants over the SCT, whats the deal, is it that much better or more tunable custom wise?

well more tuners support and use SCT.
i would keep this one but theres no one within a 4 hr drive that tunes with Diablo.
