Ordered today will pickup tomorrow from BMR. I have already removed the front swaybar in preparation for installing the BMR radiator support. The BMR radiator support requires you to remove a clip which holds 2 A/C lines to the OEM radiator support. These lines do not get reattached to the BMR support and seem rather flimsy now that they are unsupported. Has anyone found this to be a problem causing the A/C lines to fail?

We have not had any negative feedback from it.

When are you picking it up?

I haven't had any problems from it. I run the Granatelli but it's pretty much the same thing. A/C works great

Just thought I would put some closure to the question I raised at the beginning of this thread. white05gt is 100% correct. Even though BMR's instructions don't state to zip tie this A/C line clamp to the radiator support, that's what should be done. Here's a couple of pics - easy fix

My solution was to run the CHE unit. It has provisions for the retainer clips to be reused and weighs ~2lbs. total. Best on the market IMO.

99.9% of all the chassis & suspension upgrades on my 05 & 06 GTs have been purchased from BMR.

Current BMR pieces on my 05:
o A-Arm Support Brace - Powdercoated Black Hammertone
o Adjustable Panhard Rod w/Poly Bushings - Powdercoated Black Hammertone
o Adjustable UCA w/Poly Bushing - Powdercoated Black Hammertone
o Camber Adjusting Bolts
o Dual-Durometer Rear Axle Housing Upper Control Arm Bushing
o HD Boxed Sub Frame Connectors - Powdercoated Black Hammertone
o HD Sway Bar (Rear) - Powdercoated Black Hammertone
o LCA Relocation Brackets (welded) - Powdercoated Black Hammertone
o Progressive Lowering Springs
o Radiator Support/Swaybar Delete - Powdercoated Red
o Sway Bar Billet Aluminum End Links - Rear
o Sway Bar Relocation Kit (welded) - Rear
o Upper Control Arm Mount – Black Hammertone
o Upper Panhard Rod Support - Powdercoated Black Hammertone

They manufacture very high quality products at fair and reasonable prices. I don't see the need to change now. Most importantly they are only 20 minutes from me and I choose to funnel as many of my purchases as possible back into my local economy.

Next item on the agenda is to install a BMR K-Member with 1/2" lowered mounts to replace my OEM K-Member with Prothane lowered mounts

Glad you are happy with them. I personally feel CHE is the best out there and run nothing but their product for my car. Another USA based company. ;)
