I found a guy in CA that worked for Techco and is actually answering questions about their blower (thanks Russ)
I asked him abou the SC oil and pulleys for the TECHCO and got this back from him:

Hi Helmut,

Tons of people always asked us about the gear oil. It's 75-90 HD made by Neo (http://www.neosyntheticoil.com). You can let Tillman know you got the info from me if they're interested in the answer.

Second Answer: Yes, I'm getting pulleys made right now. But since I'm just one guy helping out, I'm not placing a bulk order so they're fairly expensive and I'll just do it on an occasional basis when I get enough requests. I'll send you out the email I sent out not long ago. Please read the whole thing because it goes over pricing. Look for that after this email. If you're looking to go more boost soon, it's best to put your order in now so you're not waiting around for 6 months or something while I get more orders.

At 10psi, you probably have
SC Pulley: 2.71
Crank Pulley: 4.75
Tensioner: 90mm
Idler: NA
Belt: 415mm
Damper: Stock
Other: NA

For about 11-12psi, you'll need
SC Pulley: 3.125
Crank Pulley: 6.00
Tensioner: 114mm
Idler: 70mm
Belt: 455mm
Damper: BHJ
Other: Techco BHJ Adapter

For about 14psi, you'll need
SC Pulley: 3.125
Crank Pulley: 6.5
Tensioner: 90mm
Idler: 58mm
Belt: 455mm
Damper: BHJ
Other: Techco BHJ Adapter

For about 18psi, you'll need
SC Pulley: 2.73
Crank Pulley: 7.00
Tensioner: 90mm
Idler: 58mm
Belt: 455mm
Damper: BHJ
Other: Techco BHJ Adapter

Russ

Good to hear that the people that bought techco blowers will be able to get pulleys even though they may be more expensive.

I also have the BHJ balancer that you have to have to run the crank pulley. The number in my sig are from this setup on pump gas. She made 604rwhp and 609rwtq on a race gas tune.
