On the car it came off of (06 GT), it made 491rwh on pump 91, on a stock motor. With a smaller pullley, and a built motor and tune, it could make a LOT more. It will definitely fit an 05 GT.

I have a nice set of used Ford Racing 4.10 gears. They're in excellent shape. Didn't make a peep. These are out of my own car. I swapped to 3.73's. Includes the large pinion bearing and race.

If the rotor offset is different, I don't see how it's possible the S550 calipers will work with S197 rotors on an S197 without some sort of spacer/s. If the rotor sits more inward, the caliper likely also sits more inward.
My 14" Baer 6 piston rotors have a different offset than GT500 14"...
The boss grille is molded specifically for the Horse/bars that it comes with. No other emblem will fit it. I have a Blaze Yellow boss grille that's missing the emblem I can get you a pic of.
No, the 13/14 bearings are considerably larger, as shown in the picture above. Yes, you can run a '12 GT500 bearing in an 05-11 no problem. But definitely not a 13/14 bearing.
