Bought this off of eBay about 3 months ago as I needed a heat exchanger but couldn't locate the stock standard one. Located one so I am going to let this one go. Maybe 100 miles on it, no bent fins or damage to the face of it. Just the heat exchanger and fans. Paid $154 shipped. Price: $130...

Thank you but after a long conversation with Jason at 281motorsports I have decided to just ship it out and get it all serviced up.

The seal is at the front of snout between the housing and the plate the pulley is held onto. The plate is held on by one larger allen head bolt in the center of it.

Does anybody know the part number of the seal in the snout that goes bad?

Is there specific torque specs on the 6 allen's that hold it together? Also do you know the part number for the snout seal that supposidly goes bad as well? Thank You

Has anyone with the notorious blue sealant leak self serviced these blowers? It doesn't appear to be that large of a feat as long as it is caught prior to internal meltdown. Anyone know what materials/gaskets are needed as well as where to purchase them? Thank You.
