    Another option is to get the smooth aluminum look airbag cover and paint it gloss black. It will match the carbon fiber without clashing or looking fake.

    That's what I planned on doing, but most people don't have the tools to do that. The only problem that you have to be careful of is that you don't want to keep the panel from opening when the bag explodes. You'd have to account for the splitting of the panel.
