I have thought of cosing it off some . I have the VFN hood and the whole thing is open. I trimmed up some cardboard as a template but aint made anything yet.
Im running a 3in cowl hood with a steada H/E and my temps never went down at all.
Im not real sure if a diffrent reservor will make a diffrence or not, but would like see if it does.
ding ding ding !!!! we have a winner lol.
Its been a while since I have been here and I was amazed at how fast this went south lol.
But anyways , The car is built all the way back and has been for a few years. over the summer I started to get a hop like a bad tire but I swapped to different...
OK, Im getting ready to tear into it !! What Im looking for is whats making the rear of the car hop at low speeds (20 - 40 )and low RPMs . If I bring the RPMs up or speed up it feels like it goes away and I did change tires and does the same with both sets . Any and all advice is welcome.
Hey people another form I visit is hosting a track day at Cordova August 15th. Gates open at 9am
$40 to race $5 for spectators 4 hour track rental . The whole family is invited as racing should be...This should be a great time racing or not.
IDK if this helps but my Saleen w/ a 3.2 pulley and Steada heat exchanger will see 130-140 on a 80deg day . That is at the end of a run and gets higher right after.
