Alright guys replaced the slave cylinder and the clutch issue is gone, now I have another issue. I'll be posting shortly. Unrelated to the transmission.

Also, I was really hoping it wasn't or isn't the slave cylinder/throwout bearing as I guess from what I read its a combo( I may be wrong but maybe at least both in the bell housing, anyways I figured it would be leaking all over the ground, but wasn't sure due to it being in the bell housing...
