    I think it all depends, mine wasnt just a tear, it was blown out. Also he is definitely wrong cause its oil pressure behind that tensioner. If more oil is pushed thru than supposed too, you lose oil pressure. Then hiw bad seal break is, and if its 1 tensioner or both. It can greatly affect pressure

    Just waiting on parts, but i al doing cams,rockers,lash and toming kit. Using the felpro adjuster gaskets, steeda crank pulley etc. should have it all together next weekend. Everything on top end looks good, but want to put in the newer design rockers etc

    Awesome, so i can get the 2v tensioner. Im not supercharged, so the ford racing kit has the upgraded ones and i use the felpro gaskets. I should be good. I have a spare block i am building for a supercharged setup. So dont need this one ironclad, just back to relaible.

    I had valve cover off and all looks good, mo heat marks. No scoring, smooth as babys bottom. I will most likely refresh top end too. Ford racing lash/rocker kit is only $400.

    I don’t think I have any top end damage because it never really ran when this happened. I started to hear noise. I was in a parking lot going 3 miles an hour immediately pulled into a spa and had a towed home. I’ll be going Ford racing OEM for the entire timing kit. I’ll be doing the boundary...
