You might want to try upping the pressure in your front tires. I had a bit of trammeling going on but I found if I run about 36-38 psi it reduces it by a bunch.

Why didn't you run power to the motor first to see if it was good? Yeah there is a fuse to check. Do you know if it is getting power??? And if it is have you checked the ground??? These are things to check before buying a new motor.

What sensor do you have in there? I continued to get O2 sensor codes until I switched back to the NGK sensors. And they have different ones listed for the front and rear unlike the ford parts manual that has the same part number for both front and rear.

Yeah, well venturi refers to the principle involved in using flow to increase or decrease pressure through velocity where technically a siphon uses atmospheric pressure difference. Either way its the tube that sucks gas from one side to the other by pressure difference.

Double check your crossover tube. I had this issue once and the tube looked like it was attached but was not seated all the way. I mean it works as a siphon, if I remember, and no actual pump so if the fuel is not crossing over it can only be pretty much that.

I think you should go with the 50's. And while tall tires are not the norm today they used to be and think it looks better on our retro cars. I run a 28.8" tall tire when I run the drag radials.
