Mine has done this 3 or 4 times since I bought it. I will be cruising (I drive it like a grandma) each time it has come on. Normally after a minute or two it will flick back to normal but once I had to pull over and shut the car off and turn it back on. Each time resulted in the traction...

Mine did it once when I first got the car. The ESC/TC pulled a fault and kicked my dash lights on. I pulled over, shut the car off, restarted, and havent had it happen again

Eventually I will. My house has a really step driveway and I had to build a ramp for it as it is, so it will likely be down the road sometime that I do put a drop on her. =) Pretty excited about these pictures, feels like being a kid again.

You sir are a good business man with action like this and get mega kudos from me. Rather than sit on the sidelines and play the "it's the pistons!" game, you took preemptive measures to prevent possible mechanical failure. Not to say that there IS a problem with tunes, but the 'just in case'...

Google it, I have seen this issue come up on a number of boards. There have been a few people that have had the #8 cylinder run lean and causes the piston rings to fail. Do a search, the pics are pretty nasty and its causing a number of folks to pay a nice chunk out of pocket as the dealers...

My 2012 GT/CS is sequence number 2!!!! Built first day of production that they ran CS's off the line (#1 and #2 on day one). Looks so far that it is 1 of 1 in my color and options. SWEET!
