Department Of Boos, DOB, just posted on his facebook page a feeler thread about making the Blowfish bracket for the 3650 trans. if there is enough interest he will make them again.
if you are interested about buying this long discontinued part i would suggest contacting him.
his facebook page is private so you will probably have to contact him on his website.

just a FYI he can also buy the rights to make a bracket for the 6060 trans also. if you are interested on this one contact him also.
