Dtc...guys Please Help: Tuners Advise

Ok, so I got my tuner back from JDM: for my saleen: I figured, let me enter the tune in from them that they downloaded in person. So I first enter the Saleen street....starts run fine..at first seems peppier than the tune they corrected via email with my installer. so I get ready to get into her and accellerate and bam....failsafe mode:
codes thrown are P061B AND P2106
SO: I take out that tune...I enter in the other tune they loaded..this one is saleen street R same thing ...same codes,,, so I put back in the one that they corrected via email with my installer and no issues...I am obviously gettting with JDM first thing...but what is causing these codes......please advise

I know its in the tune...but any tuners here know what in the tune could cause this...my installer a couple weeks ago stated it had something to do with the way my car reacts to the tune shutting down my TCS??sound right??

It can be caused by the torque management being turned off in the tune.
