So I changed the blend door actuator on my 07 mustang. It was the one behind the dash on the upper end. I disconnected the battery(negative terminal), then passenger air bag...removed it. Then on to the actuator replacement. Reversed everything in that exact order. Started the car, and no power to the A/C controls. Fuses and relays are fine under the hood, and in the SJB. Did an PCM reset...nothing. Pulled connector off new actuator just for shits and giggles...nothing. Yes I've triple checked to make sure nothing else was accidentally unpluged. I tested with a test light to see if I have power to the controls, I got nothing. I'm lost....anyone got any suggestions?

Have you been able to find the solution? Mine has done that ever since I replaced the dashboard and hardness. I went and double checked everything and nothing’s unplugged. I really have no clue what it could be and maybe you found a solution?

Check the connector on the back of the aircon switch. I've accidentally disconnected it before rendering the AC inoperative. You should be able to get to it on the backside of the panel by removing the drivers side panel near the driver's seat.
