Like the title says ... I'd like to put on a set of rims with a decent size lip (especially a wider rear with a fatter lip), that will fit over my Brembos.

Seems to be a Unicorn ... impossible to find.

Looking at 19" or 20" sizes

Anybody have any suggestions?

Lip will depend on rim depth. fronts will always be smaller due to the bigger brake caliper.

TF can customize if u want.

MRR wheels are usually under $400 a wheel. I got mine at cost which isn't too much under what they sell on ebay.

Those MK1's look sweet, I may just call them tomorrow to discuss widths/offsets ...Not liking the 35mm offset for the 20x10.5 that they show on their site ...

I believe mine 20x10 is a +43. I'd have to look. I don't remember. Shit I can't even remember when I drove my car last.

I had 20x10 with +35 w/ 305-35-20 and they rubbed on the fenders.

Mrr can custom machine your offsets for you at no extra charge. That's what they did for my set

Thanks guys, probably gonna contact MRR today about a set. That 4" rear lip is oh-so-damn sexy !!! ..... me want!
But I'd want a 45+mm offset for the 10.5" wide wheels ... I plan on 305-315 tires and definitely don't want any rubbing ...

Been sitting on this secret for a bit but guess I'll drop it for ya. Planning on going this direction when I buy in a few months here.

Marked right now for $1580 20x9 fronts and 20x10.5 rears.
+36mm front
+45mm rear
*Ad says they might need a spacer to clear Brembo cars

I think that offset on the front should clear, and I think +48 is the perfect rear fitment for a 10.5" rear wheel so you can add a 3mm spacer to get to that spec. I'm not 100% on that info though so if someone can confirm please!

I think it works the other way. Adding a spacer to a +offset wheel moves the wheel outward relative to the rotor hat and reduces the effective offset by its thickness. I think you'd end up with +42, which may stick out past the fenders a little. The Enkei Racing 18 x 10.5 x ET+38 sticks out a bit, and 4mm is not likely enough different to get the wheel and tire inside the fender.

"Lip"? Sounds like another new appearance-oriented term that doesn't mean a whole lot to me.

I contacted MRR Wheels and they said that the MK1 pictured above wouldn't fit over Mustang Brembos since they stick outward more than BMW Brembos.
Also, the most offset I could get on that 20x10.5 or 20x11 rear wheel would be 35mm, so that definitely won't tuck inside the fender.
So, moving on from the MRR's, but those Steeda Spyders are already being considered for the GF's Shelby, with 315/35/20 rear tires :)

I wish I would have tried My Concept One RS-8's over brembos before I sold them. The had really deep lip, are reasonably priced... and PRRRRROOOBABLY would clear. But I have no way to know really. They were 19's... 20's might have an even better chance? Good looking wheel too.

Not a super wide lip, but decent sized. 19x10 +43 all around. 15mm spacer up front to clear brembos
