I'm sorry but for the amount of work ($$$$) that went into those cars they should be running 9's.

PS. Why is the car running Hoosier slicks when the pics and specs show Goodyear?

More than a Mustang costs new.. :omfg:

I'd say with a pulley swap and more seat time, 9's should be easy. They have the pulley they were shipped with from Whipple on a low compression engine with ported heads. They weren't making much boost. Not to mention, this was his second time ever at the track, the first was only a week before.

For the class he decided to run at NMRA that weekend, it had to have a DOT approved tire.

For some reason I fail to get excited over a car when someone just opens up a checkbook to build it.

That's not even it.
Most cars on this site follow the usual progression as far as parts are bolted on car is run, more parts are bolted on, car runs faster, etc.

There's no real excitement in this car. Car shows up it has everything.
Next mod is a pulley change wow.

What's wrong with having the money to do it all at once? Some people can do it some people can't. No need to hate on the guy/gal. Would I spend 70k on a Mustang? No. But to each his own.

well seeing as its two that 140k roughly..

but something i notice on this board is that as soon as a vendor pops a thread up on a customers car and list the whole spec and provides photos and videos and answer question everyone on and there mama want to complain about how much the customer probaly paid and yadda yadda.. its kinda like the SD thread about its on.. GAY GAY GAY..

Yall know if you had the coin you would do the same damn thing I know I would .. I have 20k in my v6 and its not even running right now.. add the car price its 43K so what.... who cares.. just enjoy the shit.. rant over..
