Are you trying to create a track car or something livable for the streets? If street I'd recommend Bilstein B-6 or B12 struts/shocks and GT-500 strut mounts. Clock the fronts 180 deg from stock and handling will be significantly improved. Good luck.
Check the connector on the back of the aircon switch. I've accidentally disconnected it before rendering the AC inoperative. You should be able to get to it on the backside of the panel by removing the drivers side panel near the driver's seat.
I would run it back to the passenger strut tower ground. That is the main ground for the battery negative. Otherwise, any point on the frame or passenger fender is fine as long as it's metal.
The SJB is located behind the kick panel on the passenger side foot well. You have to remove a small panel first. Just pull it towards the driver's side and it should pop out with a bit of tugging.
Any thought to one of the cylinder walls being scuffed? Should be easy to determine by scoping each cylinder. Had a problem with my wife's V-8 Armada that would only make a noise under load (at first) similar to a loose rod or cam bearing. Would go away while driving. Turns out one of the...
1. Do you have a code reader that you can use to clear codes? I'd try that first to see if the codes come back.
2. Wire brush and reconnect the battery connections.
3. Recheck your work. Did you remove and/or forget to reconnect any grounds?
Can't say but my son's '07 v6 didn't come w/fog lights so I sourced an OEM switch, grill and OEM style fog lights and found that the harness already had the connectors in place and hooked it up. Everything worked find..
It's a fairly simple circuit. You should be able to trace continuity/voltage thru the circuit using a test light or VOM. The Fog lamp relay should activate/click when the fog lamp switch is pulled (which provides a ground on pin 85 of the relay).

A good resource for researching issues/options when thinking about supercharging and upgrading by model. I have a basic 3v system but always looking for more power so maybe someday.... enjoy. :snoopy

Good Day,
Can anyone provide a part number for the driver's side breather tube that runs from the head to the intake tube for the supercharger? Any help is appreciated. I believe this is a 2011. Thanks, YKY
Have you checked out all of the Front/Rear Lower & Upper control arms? If it's moving around under acceleration I'd suspect the rubber could have perished if it's still stock. Same for the sway bars. Probably a good idea to go with some urethane replacements. Additionally, if the sway bars are...
So it's not overheating anymore? If swapping the relays made a change then you need to determine why. Was it the high-speed or low-speed?
If you want to it's easy to test a relay. Using any 12v source touch the negative lead to pin 86 and the positive lead to pin 85. If the relay clicks check...
Got the air conditioner on? Switch the hi-speed/low-speed relays to see if there's any change. If not, and it still makes too much noise for your liking might be time to replace it. If so, get the GT500 fan. Think of it as preventative maintenance and besides, it's a better unit.
