1-3/4 or 1-5/8 headers

So as the title says, which one should I get? 07 GT manual trans. 12psi whipple. I dont plan on going more pressure because i want to keep the stock block. Whats the best?

1 3/4........I just got my ARH LTs with catted x. I went 5/8 bc I think Im gonna stay na. with the sc u need 1 3/4, ur gonna c some nice gains with the LTs and sc.
