Your are looking at a set of adjustable front struts with springs from a 2010 Cobra Jet Mustang as well as a set of rear shocks. No rear springs included. These are similar to the adjustable shocks Ford Racing uses with the M-18000-C kit. Retail new is about $800

Yes bolt right in to 05-14 car as it comes with the strut mount assembly. The springs aren't lowering springs but they do lower the car about 1/2"
