im trying to remember correctly but im sure that connector should go to the connector that is coming from your stock harness

Do not use the connector that was provided with the kit. Cut the end you have there off, and cut the wires from the factory harness, and solder them together. If you don't, you most likely will have problems with your fuel guage.

turned the key to acc, and the fuel gauge was perfect. just wired it backwards like i was told to on other threads. tried to crank the car, and it felt like there was no fuel pressure. it cranked and almost turned over once, but no luck. any ideas?

in the fuse box underneath the hood, there is a fuel pump fuse that you are supposed to (i believe) replace with a bigger amperage fuse.

Figured it was something like that, so you got i tall working now?

To Fuel, you need to replace your stock fuel pump fuse under hood with a larger fuse or it will blow. Stock is 15amp and you need to put a 30amp in there.

You also need a 30 in the new positive side connector, or is a 15 fine there?

Is this the fuse that you are talking about. . . I don't have a manual in my car so I don't know which one you are talking about

The fuse that is in the wire that comes with the fuel pump kit is already a 30.

The blue one at the bottom right of what you're pointing at needs to be replaced with a 30 and a 30 goes in that positive wire connector
