Anyone ran a 3.4, 3.2 or 2.9 reichard or regular procharger pulley on a P1SC. I would like to see what boost you were seeing with these pullies.

I use to run a 2.9 on my Mach1 and was seeing 18 with a P1Sc but it seems a bit different on the 05 up.

Let me know Thanks!

Thats basically what I got. right now though I seem to be 1-2 psi higher for my 3.7 for some reason(17ish). Its hard for me to verify anything with my e-break stuck because of the cold.. haha

I dont know why my boost would read higher.. I know rpms matter and I got 18-19 at 7K which didnt make since.. I have a 9.2:1 cp motor and stock heads.. I dont think either of those matter.. so I dont know why =-/

ahhh.. I got all mess up.. my bad..hummm.. if yur is right then maybe.. I'm running too low of a pulley and 17-19 is what I got =-/...

maybe I should go lower.. but I'm barley breaking 500rwhp now..

or should I leave it on that way I will have 15lbs of boost at a lower rpm?? AHHHHHHH!!!!!

I got a little confused.. I'm having the issue with the 3.4 running at 18-19 @ 7K rpm.

but the boost for the 3.7 seems to be different for all of us though.. a few 100rpm shouldn't cause 2-4 psi difference. Hell, I think I was at 11psi when I had the 4.0or 4.10 stock pulley back in 05'

Thats why I was trying to see if there is something in a tune that can cause it, other then rpm and if your 20K feet above sea level.. haha

Thanks all. I wonder why there is such a difference with boost between the 3 valve motor and the 4 valve I had with my 04 mach 1. With a 3.7'' pulley I would barely see 9-10lbs.

Anyone use a 3.2?

I am leaning towards the 3.2 or 3.4 for this motor.

From what I was told from ATI the 3.4 is the lowest.. if you want more boost then that then you have to use their 10% crank pulley.. Other then that you will have maxed the thing out and time for D1SC

When I had my P1 I was at 12 psi with the 3.7 pulley with a LTs, and an OR xpipe on the stock block.

I have a 3.1 pulley on my D1 running 16 lbs of boost. Keep in mind I have P & P heads & longtubes so my boost will show lower.

Wierd, I have a 4.13" pulley on my D1 and make 15.5 lbs. Stock heads though. 569/489 for power.

Everything listed will have an effect on boost level.

There's no right answer. It'll be different on different cars at different altitudes during different times of the year.

Wrong again TED.
I ran a 3.1 on my P1, and blower was maxed out at just under 6500 (engine) RPM.

Stock lower is 7.65/3.1 x (step up ratio) 4.1 x RPM = blower RPM

boost is basicly what you couldnt use if you undestand that, that being said your exhaust configuration has a lot to do with boost level, if you have manifolds w/ cats your boost level tends to read higher being as it is a restriction to flow! so that a big reason everybody has diffrent readings with diffrent pulleys . i have a 3.40 and make 14 lbs of boost !
