finally got my steeda ultra light hood installed

i was a lil nervous about the hood i really didn't think i was gonna like it over the shaker but now that i actually have the hood on the car i love it

I like it, wish it was open in the back to let heat out though.
is it lighter than stock?

well it is open in the back i can actually see the motor from in the car and steeda claims this is the lightest hood on the market for the s197 at 6 pounds lighter than stock hood

thanks for all the complements on the car guys and vtxfrank i'm not sure the exact height of the cowl but i would say about 2inches if i had to guess

:thumb: I have the same hood and love it. I can see my intake cover on the engine from the drivers seat also.

Did you remove your stock washer fluid hood nozzles and pop them in the holes on the underside? I ran mine without for about a week until I couldn't stand looking at the holes anymore.
