Livernois heads leaking oil?

probably because without any information except for pics, it cant be determined what it is. At the moment im willing to bet its the rings, not the heads

okay, help me out...if its my rings, then why do i have oil pooling behind my closed exhaust valves? and yes i am down a quart of oil but as the engine was breaking in i wrote this off as normal

I think you may have a bad exhaust valve stem seal. I had an old Buick that would fling its rubber seal off of one exhaust valve and it would do the same thing as yours. It never smoked, but you'd get oily residue in the tailpipe.

performed leakdown test.

cylinders 1-3% 2-2% 3-1% 4-2% 5-0% 6-0% 7-0% 8-1%

rings are seated and shortblock is fine......

1st - shut the bottle off before 6400, its out of steam way before that.

2nd - your burning fuel out of the chamber, you should not be running the HT0 for a NA engine for normal driving, change them out to some "regular" plugs and see if you improve your fuel issue.

3rd - get it tuned somewhere else.

4th - What compression is your Livernois shortblock?

That guy seems to have vanished. I met him once briefly and was at an International Mustang Meet in his hometown last fall - didn't see him or his car there.

I ask because I changed my intake today and found that every hole had oil in it with a pool on every closed valve.
