So, I've taken the plunge big time and have been ordering parts like a mad man - my poor credit card is getting worn out. I'm having some trouble figuring out the math on this one.

What will:

Lots of boost via IW 10% overdrive 8-rib setup

The motor ships tomorrow and my parts pile is getting huge! I'm getting excited. Anyone in the market for a 18500 mile shortblock complete down to the pan?

you probably could have saved yourself some money on the pulley, fuel pumps, and injectors if you would have purchased through our supporting vendors. Hell, for that matter, might have saved a little coin on the blower as well.

I was just thinking the same thing! IMO, I'm hoping he just posted direct links from the manufactures website for the products, and didn't purchase them from there. EXCEPT FROM LIVERNOIS! THAT'S A GREAT PLACE TO BUY FROM!!!! :thumb:

Nah, I'm getting most of the items at or near cost new (it pays to have friends), or using forums and ebay for the odds and ends I can't get for a good price new. It's still pricey, but I think overall, I'll save a couple thousand off MSRP.

Exactly right - everything you said. Ordering the blower tomorrow and motor will be here in a couple more days. I can't wait!
