According to Crutchfield , yes it will fit. Mine originally had the MTX woofer in it but it sounded like crap. The infinity sub I replaced it with sounds MUCH better. I would still be using it except I went with a higher power amp and the JL Audio subwoofer needed a bigger enclosure.
