I'm in the market for a new air filter for the stang with the Vortech V3 kit. Vortech wants $75.95 for a new one. Yeah, no thanks!!! Does anyone know where I can buy a replacement for a decent price? I might have to remove the old filter off the car to get the proper dimensions. Might be able to get a universal one from K&N but I wanted some input from my fellow members first.

If you look on the vortech link, I see something that says 4.0 FLG X 7.0L Could that be the measurements?

Thanks all!!

I went and got a new K&N filter today. Part number from K&N is RU-2590.

When I compared the 2, the one that comes in the Vortech kits appears to be a knock off. I would love to go with a powerpipe like the 05-09's but no one makes a kit for 2010 so for now, I'll stick to this setup.

I made my own power pipe for relatively cheap, let me see if I can find the thread, if I do I will bump it up for you, think it was in the tech section.
