for the side splitters, probably best to keep a length of 2x4 (or 1x4) to spread the jacking load across the pinch.

I'm either going to do that, or weld in a couple jacking cups to speed lifting. Personally I wouldn't mind a Grand-Am style air lifting system, but hey, baby steps.

TA Performance differential cover came with new hardware and gasket. Low profile design and just clears the panhard bar.

Put in small pieces of carpet to cover the bare metal otherwise visible when using Corbeau brackets.

And ordered a new radiator, shroud, and fans. Car didn't do too terribly well down in the Myrtle Beach stop and go traffic.
