Getting ready to start the build and need to find steel timing chain tensioners and guides. If anyone has them or knows where I can find them cheap please let me know. The build is starting to get out of control money wise

I got everything you see in the picture for $242.00. Every single one of the parts is Ford pieces in Ford Boxes and from a Ford Dealership. And yes, it even included two brand new Phasers. Hell, you'll pay over $242 buying two of them separately. Even the Phaser bolts are nearly $15 from Ford.

Have the kit sitting in my garage right now. Decided that while I'm doing my Block IV Upgrades on the car, might as well pull the timing cover and refresh that area since I've got a 2% paranoia of jumping a tooth.

Yeah, I'm getting tired of the plastic ones. I've had them fail on me on more than one occasion.

With some help, I got the proper PN's for the tensioners and a good source:

(1) F6AZ-6L266-DA Tensioner - RH (2 Valve Steel Bodied)* = Cloyes 9-5339

(1) F6AZ-6L266-CA Tensioner - LH (2 Valve Steel Bodied)* = Cloyes 9-5338

Cloyes sources quite a few manufacturers parts.

Did some searches and the cheapest I could find from a reliable source was Amazon.com at $70.11 for both parts. I've got Amazon Prime, so I got 2-Day shipping for free.
