    Eibach pro-kit lowering springs installation advice

    Upper strut mounts are a good upgrade to do while you are in there. I didn't upgrade mine when I first lowered my 06 GT and after some time, one failed and starting having a clunk/pop noise. I replaced mine with MM caster camber plates but you can get GT500 upper mounts as an upgrade as well.

    Looking at the datalog, the TCC Desired Slip is showing 1020 all the way through the pass until 4th gear at 5246 RPM when Des Slip goes to 0 correlating with Actual Slip dropping almost to 0 which is also where the RPM drops by about 300.

    I agree with you, car feels sluggish in the second half of the track. The RPM drop in 4th gear when the TC locked up is also concerning. I need to find someone to look at the transmission - have a bad feeling it's hurt.

    Thanks for all the replies. Let some oil out to check it and it looks in need of changing but not burnt so that is good. No metal bits in what I saw. Filled it back up (was about 2/3 qrt low) then cycled a few more quarts in. If it still misbehaves, going to take it in.
