Help me figure out what's the cause of this sound

Hello, can you guys help me figure out what's the cause of this sound when I start the car, it makes a loud sound and it stays for around 30 seconds and it slowly goes away, I appreciate your help, thanks.

It sounds like the whine from a bent driven pulley.
Remove the drivebelt and see if the noise goes away when you start the engine. If so, spin each pulley manually until you find one that sounds abnormal. The culprit is often one of the idlers.
