after having 3 new 2011-2014 Mustang GT's in a row I got a freakin bug up my ass and traded my 2013 in on a 2016 Scat Pack Challenger. I find myself wanting a Mustang again. Since i'm still upside down on the Challenger i'm just gonna buy a Mustang outright and use that as my hobby car/toy. i'm wondering if there is any reason a 2015 and later Mustang is a better foundation for mods such as Forced induction and hp increases? I know the later cars still used that POS MT82 trans so an automatic equipped car is in the plans. any reasons a 2011-2012 wouldn't be as good as 2013-2014 Mustang ?

Depending on power desired, the S197 coyotes are really getting cheap, more money left for mods.

I have a 2013 base GT 6M in excellent condition with 45k miles that I am thinking about returning to stock and putting on the market. If I did this, and a buyer showed up at the house with $20k cash, they'd have themselves a new mustang.
