Anybody ever seen/heard of a rear main seal repair sleeve being installed at the factory? My 05 had one on the crank when it was disassembled. I got the car with .9 miles on it in 05. It never had an oil leak.

Putting rear end together after replacing rear axle seals. Did not notice this difference when I removed the center locking pin. One side has small notches, the other side larger notches. Does it make a difference which way the notches go? It goes in both ways.
