Hmmmmm ok , auto shit is Chinese to me I guess I have to get with jdm in the morning and see wtf I paid them 50 bucks for then . They told me they would modify what I needed the next day and send it out to me asap .

I would assume for enlarging the 4 holes in the flex plate.

Okay here is the part number for the 8 Bolt flexplate to use with the PI convertor. 4C3P-6375-AB. I will post a picture tomorrow since the tranny is out of the car. The flexplate is still bolted up tho. Hope this helps! No modifications needed.

Just FYI - the part number you referenced is an engineering number not the actual part number. The part number assigned to that engineering number is 4C3Z-6375-AA and list price is right at $250.00. That flex plate fits 05-08 Econoline vans and F Series trucks with a 6.8L V10.

Ok that is the number off the flexplate. I will look to see if i can find the order sheet that had the part number. I don't think I paid over $90 for it but it was over two and half years ago tho. Hopefully I can find the receipt.

Those are some expensive holes,$12.50 per hole for maybe 10 min of work.

Not really when you consider machine set up time, drilling and deburring the holes, and repackaging the flex plate. Based on $100 per hour labor rate that's only 1/2 hour. Sounds very reasonable to me.
