A little help

My 06 GT has popped both codes for the banks running rich. It's idling rough, and under power it'll bog down a bit. I have a ford racing intake and roush catback exhaust. I can't figure out why the fuel trim is trying to cut back so bad. I've replaced the spark plugs, the coils, and the MAF. Does anyone have any ideas about what else could be done?

So it hasn't. I've had it for 9 years and never had this issue before. I was actually going to ask that question. I actually have a ford racing tuner but it was for another mustang so it won't work. I was wondering if anyone knew if I could get one for my car
