Best lubricant to use when removing spark plugs

I used the ford carb cleaner per the TSB

yep, the latest TSB states carb cleaner. The old one said Kroil. I hate it. I also have an 04 F150 5.4 L so theres another 8 plugs that need changing. I am going to buy the plug kit from Snap On before I start.

Kroil. No penetrating oil is better.

I used the PB Blaster last night and it worked great. I had maybe 3 plugs that took a little more than the rest but just went slow and easy and they came out with no problem.

i used PB on my car when it had less then 12k miles. scary part was when my craftsman socket actually broke while i was changing them.
