etown is ncie but island is better. your lucky to get 2 runs in at etown, maybe 3. i got 18 at island last week

great meadows, NJ. etown for me is the same distance as island. island doesnt prep the track as well but you get a ton more practice for the same money

I had mouth surgery, and they went through my sinuses to do it! What a co-wink-e-dink! I'm feeling a lot better, but I still can't eat "hard" foods...and I have a gap between my two front teeth that could pass as the Gateway Arch.

sundays i go. its not crowded by any means, starts at 11am, and i get over 15 runs a day there

I'll have to check it out on a Sunday. Thanks Bingo hopefully you'll feel better soon and eat some solid food. I basically have the worst stuffed up nose possible and I can't blow it for a week. Oh well it neeeded to be done. Now back to race talk!!
