GT Fog Lamp issues

http://www.autoblog.com/2009/06/15/ford-racing-to-introduce-new-intake-manifold-for-modular-v8s/You guys know that black round metal piece that surrounds the fog lamp bulb on the GT Fog lamp enclosure? Well I've already been through two fog lamps and that thing keeps popping off from time to time.

I managed to keep it on now with High Temp. Glue but the fumes fogged up the inside of the lamp.

Does anyone have any suggestions as to what I could use to clean that up?

When you say "fogged" do you mean fogged as in made cloudy as in chemical burn from the fumes? If so.. you're probably screwed. Shoulda just bought a new set off of fleabay for 30 bucks

mine fell of too, I just used pliers and removed them
