PCV breather and oil catch-can questions

Two questions:
1) Can the entire engine release crankcase pressure with one breather capped off?

I have a ProCharger and the install has you cap off the passenger side PCV breather. I had the car at the track (road course) and one of the Ford Racing factory drivers (Ford was giving Boss 302 rides at VIR for charity) looked at my engine and said this was "very bad". He said pressure would build up on that side of the engine and could do damage. I called ProCharger and they said it wouldn't be a problem. As long as both sides share the same air-space I don't think it should be a problem, but I wonder if anyone knows for sure.

2) Can someone recommend an oil catch-can / separator that vents to the atmosphere?

The same Ford Racing driver showed me the breather setup in their Boss 302S. Tubes from both breathers met at a T and then into a fairly large (3" wide x 4" tall) can, bolted just in front of the firewall, that vented to the air. The JLT separators won't work for me because I have the procharger which replaces the funky factory PCV hoses and my goal is to not vent to the intake while at the track.

Two weekends ago at the track I got black flagged due to smoke. So much oil was coming through the breather into the intake that it was collecting in the intercooler and the blowoff valve was spraying it all right in front of the left front tire (which made for some interesting braking into turn 10). After the event I changed the oil and sent a sample to BlackStone. The results came back perfect (no fuel or coolant in the oil), so I don't think I have a bigger problem, just oil from the breather.

Rehagen Racing sells the kit for the new Boss 302S. $425 for the complete kit.

not sure if it matters, but he has a Vortech instead of a Procharger.
Yeah, the Vortech intake is in a totally different location. Here's mine. You can see the left side capped off and the right has a short hose to the intake that is right next to it.

Even with the car at idle, with my hand I can feel a lot of nearby air being pulled in. I can only imagine what it's like at 7000 rpm and 9.5lbs boost. In other words it's a very significant low pressure space behind the filter literally sucking on the breather.

You're also drag racing; a 10-second full-throttle burst would not require as much crankcase ventilation as a long straightway on a road course.
FWIW, this is the type of driving that's causing me problems. The last straight away in this video I had Batman smokescreen full-on. I got black flagged on the first turn.
