So I found out why my trans is puking...

Talk about a dis-balance in automotive ability. Lots of driving talent, no mechanical skills.
My driving is sub-par but I'm good with the wrenches.

what's the plan to sort out the driveline vibration so this doesn't happen again to the repaired trans?

I am going to see if I have the rear end rebuilt.
I think it has something to do with the pinion, it vibes more on decel than accel.
Even put the OEM DS in and still vibes at the same spot..

So I took the car to Rob's performance this morning smoking and all!
I feel much better about that than the dealer, He's gong to swap the trans.
I called up Rick he told me he has access to a lift, so next go around I will tackle it on myself and a few helpers!

The trans jack I used for my 5R55S removal and installation was like $40 at Harbor Freight. LOL
It worked just fine, pretty basic tool with not much to go wrong.

Combined with a couple of jackstands and you'll be just fine. You don't need a lift and trans removal/install really isn't that hard. DIY!

Even I tore out the trans of my '06 Mustang after never having done it before and changed the slave cylinder. Piece of cake!!!

All from directions I found on the interwebz!!!!!!!! swear!

I did all my mods except for the cams and long tubes (because fuck all that shit).
I trust Rob he will do a good job he put my cams in, the kid knows his stuff.

Next go around I will swap the trans/clutch whatever with access to a lift because I got a fucked up back and I'm getting old

You already said this when you had the tranny rebuilt.

I have dropped the gearbox 3 times on my back with stands and ramps. With just a floor jack. Getting it out was ok, putting it back in was a bitch. Use a lft with a tranny jack if you can.
