The thing that I noticed while the BMW was being repaired is that it had drum brakes on the rear!?
I could be wrong but as far as I know these all had disc brakes front and rear!

Its a drum brake for the e-brake, the drum for the ebrake is built into the disc

M3s are amazing cars...for what they were made for. Top end and corners. I hung out with a lot of M3 guys when I tracked my NSX. Most of them were a little cocky but good dudes.
