If your Coyote automatic runs 11.99 or quicker, please list your combo, including who tunes it, bolt-ons, converter, gears, etc. Also what DA your best time was at and any weight reduction you did to get there.

I am nowhere near the 11s (Just a CAI, Bama 93R tune, JBA mufflers, and 255/50-16 M/T DRs used the track) but I would like to be. It made 375rwhp SAE on a Dynojet in 3rd gear.Hopefully going this Saturday morning to see what it runs now. I ran it when it was 100% stock except for the drag radials (12.89 in ~1800ft DA) but not with any mods yet.

I know its not an A6, but I went 11.6 on a M6 coyote, with intake, x pipe, control arms, lowering springs with konis and drag radials with a tune.

My best ET so far is 11.60@116. DA was 1500. Mods are JLT cai, LTs o/r x, Lund tuned, 3800 stall, 3.73(has netted no gains over 3.15s), AL ds. Only weight savings are ds and Racestars 17 fronts and 295/55/15 mts. Weight is 3850.

Nice.

I have someone who owes me $80. I was just going to have him give me his 3.73 gears and put them in my car instead, but now I'm thinking of not doing those.

Have a friend with Nitto NT05R DR's, intake and tune and will run low 12's with 2000-3000 DA (hot ass Louisiana). On 100 shot spray he will run 11.5's.
Also from him... He netted zero gains from 3.73's since the 6R80's first gear is so so low it's basically worthless. 3.15's are the way to go with your automatic.

Tune and Circle d tc were my best mods by far. That and a sticky tire should get you pretty close to 11s.

A o/r pipe and converter is your best bet. You will not get better than a 1.8* 60 with stock convertor. Make sure your shift rpm's are set right. Best i have found is 7400-6800-7500>

Wait for better weather. I went 11.95 tune only no weight reduction on the stock 235/50/18s in negative da. It was american muscle tune with soft 1-2 shift.

How far negative, LOL. The track I usually go to is ~950ft elevation so to get negative DA it needs to be really cold, like 40 degrees.

Where do you go?

Let me know next time you plan on going. I would like to head out at least one more time this year.

Going to Rock Falls tomorrow morning. Weather looks great. PM me if you are interested. Usually meet a couple people at the McDonalds in Hudson WI at around 7am and head on out there.

Can't make it tomorrow because of stuff we have scheduled but let me know the next time you are going. Last time I was out there it was useless because of shit track prep.

The Test Days are usually pretty good, since there are a lot of serious 10/9-second cars that go on those days and they do prep. The Fun Days and such can leave a little to be desired.

Happy with my results today. Rock Falls Raceway in WI this morning. Weather was great for running some good times. Density Altitude around 1100ft according to my calcs and a mild tailwind.

My best time. Airaid CAI, Bama 93R tune, JBA mufflers, and M/T 255/50-16 drag radials on 16" cheapo wheels. So I picked up ~6 tenths and 6mph with a canned tune, CAI, mufflers (which don't really do anything), and a little better air. I had 1/2 tank of gas, zero weight removal, spare still in the trunk.

My boring looking one is the white car. Gray 2014 car is Wiplash.

Pretty good times for the mods am surprised it didn't 60 a bit better being on tire.

Yeah, I tried a couple different things but it liked stalling as high as I could. It wasn't spinning, that's just all it had in it I guess. My friend's car has similar mods to mine except for an aftermarket offroad x-pipe and 19" M/T DRs and his best was also a 1.90 (his is an auto also).

Obviously I'm a converter or a few more bolt-ons away from the 11s. That's kinda cool.

Well I want to run an 11.xx and I'm exploring various options. I ordered an offroad x-pipe. On the fence about the Boss intake with my current stock converter and gears. I am worried it will actually 60' and maybe even ET slower.

Heard pros and cons about gears (3.73s). With my stock converter I'm guessing they would help a little. With my 26" tires I am forced to let the car shift into 4th just before the traps; I will tap the 7300 limiter if I run out 3rd. Then again if I can safely spin it to 7500-7600 and make power with the Boss I could run out 3rd and probably pick up quite a bit.

Looking for affordable lighter weight front wheels. I had my 18x10 Drifts and 285/40 Nittos on it when I ran the 12.26.

Torque converter maybe. I see that TCI has a Streetfighter now for $5xx. Anyone used it?
