With that compression ratio, what kind of power can I reliably make on pump gas with a procharger?

With decent tuning 600 shouldn't be hard at all. The biggest thing is the tuning...you know that. That compression ratio gives you a great deal of leeway when you start turning the boost up.

I think I may be missing something... are these just parts ready to be assembled... or is this a short block ASSEMBLY?

It is being sold as a shortblock assembly. As of this particular minute it is not assembled. The rotating assembly has been balanced and all parts are here. I need to file the rings to fit their individual bores but I need to know what power adder (if any) the buyer will be using and how much boost/nitrous will be used so I can set the gap correctly. You looking for a shortblock or parts?
