The Jegs 15x8 being used actually has 5.5" BS, not 4.5". As mentioned, to not stick out, the 15x10 would need a BS of 7.5", to have a chance of fitting.

2 questions.
will the 15x8 with 4.5" bs fit on the front? Id like to use these on the street.
Also, jegs makes a 15x10 with 6.5bs. The outside lip should not stick out cuz its the same as a 15x8 with 4.5bs. The extra 2 inches in on the inside edge. I gather that you guys say the 10 inch rim wont fit. Why?

The 15 X 8 on the rear needs to have a 5.5" BS, not 4.5", to not stick out. That's why the 15 X 10 needs a 7.5" BS.

Just swapped out the front wheel studs. The stock ones are actually 2.25" vs 3.315" for the new ones. I'm not sure the lug nuts I ordered are gonna be long enough for my street wheels. And I probably won't get to try them out tomorrow. I'll be in Pomona all day at the swapmeet.

While I was at the swapmeet in Pomona I got some longer lugnuts just in case. I'm glad I did. The ones I ordered from Summit (1.9" long) were too short once I removed the 3/8" spacers and put on my street wheels/tires.

15x8 Jegs will NOT fit the front - Caliper is way too big - You could NOT grind it down enough.. I tried too

the V6 wheels will but they are 7" wide. Im sure a 16" wheel is just as big as a pain in the ass to fit. Im tryin out some 15x8 and 15x10 prostars out tomorrow. b/s looks like it may work

Well i picked up my rims yesterday. I swapped my front brackets and rotors to the 4.0 pieces. It does free up some room. I still did some grinding. Still rubbed. I measured out washers 1/4" for spacers, no rub with some room to spare. With more aggressive grinding I may have got them to work w/o spacers. I did not want to grind them too much. It appeared ( I was tired though) that rim was tucked inside the fendr. I will also post some pics when the tires are mounted.
