Hi all,

After driving EV for some time I wanted to go back to banging gears and I took the risk and found a well-aged 2014 Ford Mustang GT Convertible (Canadian Spec) with 200k KM (~124k miles). Spent almost half what I bought it for to get it all fixed with OEM parts along with few bolts-on mods.

Before I describe what this annoying sound is like, here watch the video. It's a light acceleration in a +47C climate. Listen from 0:00 to 0:18 then from 0:18 to 0:36 with high pass filter enabled to cancel low frequency sounds and notice the next clip sound much better. Try it with headphones.

It's a low frequency sound heard at high RPM, I changed the axle back. I changed from stock H pipe to FRPP's X pipe the sound is still there, not changed one bit. The sound gets much louder than the intake and the exhaust.

Any hints?

Harmonic Balancer?
Exhaust pipe vibrates on Heatshield?
Loose body panel / frame?
